Order Placement
To place an order, add the desired products to your cart. To complete the order, fill in all the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. After confirming the order, the total cost will be displayed and an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.
The purchase agreement is considered effective once the full payment has been received to the bank account of Luvi Studio OÜ.
Luvi Studio OÜ is the data controller and will forward the necessary personal information to the authorized payment processor Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.
Shipping
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Within Estonia, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after the order has been shipped.
We offer various shipping options based on your preferences. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery time will depend on the chosen service provider and will be shown at checkout.
International Delivery:
We ship orders worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.
Please note that for shipments outside of Europe, customs duties may apply, and these must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If your country is not listed in the checkout, please contact us to discuss possible additional shipping costs and delivery times.
Please note: During seasonal periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, parcel machine overload), delays may occur.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
After receiving the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the e-commerce contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (e.g., businesses).
To use your 14-day right of withdrawal, the product may only be handled in a manner necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning — as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more extensively or shows signs of wear, Luvi Studio reserves the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
To initiate a return:
- Send an email to info@luvi.ee
- Include your order or invoice number and a photo of the product
- This must be done within 14 days of receiving the item
The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice or proof must be provided that the item was handed over to the carrier within this timeframe.
The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer, unless the reason for return is a wrong or defective item.
Luvi Studio will refund all payments received from the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the buyer.
Custom-Made Products
Products made to order (including personalized candles with custom colors or designs) are non-refundable and not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The online store is responsible for any non-compliance or defects in the goods sold that appear within two years from the date of delivery.
During the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the store’s responsibility to prove otherwise.
If a defect appears, please contact us within 2 months at info@luvi.ee
The online store is not liable if the defect is caused by the customer (e.g., improper use, accidental damage).
Dispute Resolution
If the customer and the online store cannot resolve a dispute by mutual agreement, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
This committee resolves disputes between buyers and online stores free of charge.
