Payment methods & Shipping

Please note that it takes 2-5 business days to process and ship the order. All candles are hand-poured and made to order.

1. Placing an Order

All prices are in euros and include VAT. To order goods, you need to add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, required fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method for the products must be selected. The total amount will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. In the case of a bank transfer, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The order is confirmed once the payment has been received in the company’s bank account.

2. Delivery Information  

Domestic delivery (Estonia):
The delivery time within Estonia is usually 2–3 business days after the order has been dispatched. We offer various delivery methods depending on the customer’s preference, and the exact cost and time depend on the service provider.

International Delivery:

We ship orders worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.

Please note that for shipments outside of Europe, customs duties may apply, and these must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
