1.4. The client may purchase goods without registration but must provide necessary personal data, such as name, address, phone number, and email address. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
1.5. The seller collects the client’s personal data for the following purposes:
1.5.1. Email address – for sending order confirmations, other order-related documents (invoices, etc.), and direct marketing offers if the client has consented to receive them;

2. DATA RETENTION AND USE
2.1. The seller confirms that client data is essential for providing services, delivering goods, communicating with clients, and, with the client’s consent, for direct marketing purposes. Personal data is retained for up to seven years.
2.2. The seller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
2.2.1. If the client has consented to the disclosure of their personal data;
2.2.2. For the provision of services or delivery of goods, where cooperation partners require client data;
2.2.3. As required by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
2.3. The client has the following rights:
2.3.1. To submit a written request to the seller for information about their personal data collected by the seller;
2.3.2. To inquire about the purpose of processing their personal data and to whom it has been disclosed in the past year;
2.3.3. To request a suspension of data processing if the privacy policy or Estonian law has been violated;
2.3.4. To refuse the processing of their personal data, but in such cases, the client will not be able to use Luvi Studio’s services.
2.4. The seller retains order-related data for one year after the fiscal year’s end to ensure both the seller’s and the client’s legal rights and obligations are fulfilled.
2.5. The client is not required to disclose their personal data to third parties, and the seller is prohibited from forwarding such data. If any suspicious activities are detected, the client must notify the seller immediately.
2.6. To ensure optimal service quality, Luvi Studio uses cookies on its website. The client can review the types of cookies used and can partially or fully delete them. By agreeing to the privacy policy, the client consents to the use of cookies. Consent can be revoked at any time, but this may restrict certain functionalities of the online store.
